Real Estate consultant is the easiest way to put what I do.  When you represent buyers, an agent is much more of a knowledgeable guide that uses his or her experience and tools to help folks make the best decision they can. When you are a listing agent you are definitely more in salesman mode.

The niche or forte for me is saving clients money. From rebates when you buy new to a palatable fee when you list your home. Either way I am full service from beginning until closing.
